1. Introduction
Welcome to Brains & Brands (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking our studio, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Use of the Website and Services
You agree to use the website and services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else’s rights or use of the site. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking or inquiry is accurate and up to date.

3. Studio Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings made with Brains & Brands are subject to the following terms:

       Booking Confirmation
       All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.

       Payment
       A 30% advance payment is required for confirmation of your booking.

       Cancellation

  • For all cancellations, the 30% advance payment is non-refundable, no exceptions.
  • If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 days before the scheduled session, 30% of the studio package booked will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the session, the advance paid is non-refundable.

        Duration
        All bookings include setup and breakdown time. Overtime charges may apply if the session extends beyond the scheduled duration.

        Equipment & Facilities
        Brains & Brands provides professional equipment and studio facilities for use during your session. Any additional requirements may incur extra charges, subject to prior discussion and approval.

        Damages
        Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property, furniture, or equipment that occurs during their session. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

       Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice.
  • If rescheduling notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the 30% advance deposit will be forfeited.
  • Any payment made beyond the advance may be credited toward future bookings or refunded.
  • Rescheduling is always subject to availability.

4. Equipment Usage
All equipment provided by Brains & Brands must be handled responsibly and only by qualified personnel. If clients bring their own crew, they must ensure proper handling of both personal and studio equipment.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and assets available on the Brains & Brands website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and media—are the property of Brains & Brands or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Liability
Brains & Brands is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during a booking, unless caused by proven negligence on our part. Clients are encouraged to handle their personal belongings and equipment with care.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms
Brains & Brands reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
