BOOKING POLICIES
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm and reserve studio time. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your session — no exceptions.
Certain special packages, as determined by the Studio Manager, may require full or more than 30% payment at the time of booking.
A processing fee applies for certain payment methods:
• 2% on Diners Club, Amex, and international cards.
• 3% on EMI payments (credit, debit, and cardless) as well as corporate/business credit cards.
All booked studio time must be used within the allotted hours. In the event of technical difficulties, management may, at its discretion, reschedule your session or provide credit for unused hours.
The client listed on the invoice as the payee will own the masters once the session is fully paid.
RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule their session.
If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the initial 30% deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures the studio has the opportunity to rebook the time slot with another client.
Any payments made beyond the initial advance may be credited toward future studio time or bookings or completely refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If for any reason you need to cancel your studio time completely, please notify management immediately. For all cancellations, the initial 30% advance is forfeited and non-refundable – no exceptions.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate the bookings that follow. In some cases, the studio manager will decide whether there is sufficient time remaining to begin or complete the session.
Please note that the full session fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced duration.
Out of respect for both your team and ours, we sincerely ask that you plan ahead and arrive promptly.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
We encourage all of our clients to review a map of our locations.
Due to traffic and depending on the time of day, always plan on leaving 30 minutes prior to ensure that you’re not late for your session.
Please note that any set modifications will be made during your scheduled studio time.
DURING YOUR SESSION
All copying and transferring of your files will be completed within your scheduled session time. Please ensure you bring your own hard drive on the day of your session so that our studio manager can provide your files promptly.
If you do not bring a hard drive, the manager can transfer your files to you via Google Drive during your session. Files shared via Google Drive must be downloaded within 14 days of upload.
Please note, if you request files after your session has ended, there will be a minimum service charge of ₹1,000 for transferring them to your hard drive or sending them via Google Drive.
With your consent, we may also take a quick photo of your recording session. This may be shared with a caption on our website and official social media platforms. We’ve found this not only supports our studio’s promotion but also provides valuable visibility and exposure for you as an artist/professional.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
At the end of your session, we encourage you to stay connected with our team for future bookings and collaborations. If you require your files after your session has concluded, a minimum service fee of ₹1,000 will apply for transferring them to your hard drive or sharing them via Google Drive. Files shared through Google Drive must be downloaded within 14 days of upload.
Please note that studio drives are cleared every two (2) months. To avoid losing your files permanently, we recommend collecting them during or shortly after your session.
Our team will remain in touch with you via email and phone to ensure you receive the highest level of customer service during your time at Brains & Brands Studio. We may also request a short testimonial to feature on our website and social media, giving you additional visibility and helping promote your work within our community.
GENERAL POLICIES & REGULATIONS
For the comfort of all staff and clients, please refrain from smoking inside the studio.
All illegal drug substances and weapons of any kind that are harmful or disruptive are strictly prohibited inside of Brains & Brands Studio.
We reserve the right to deny entry or refuse business without refund, liability, or compensation if the circumstances so require.
Brains & Brands policies and regulations are subject to change without notice.
The use of the Brains & Brands logo on paper fliers, digital fliers, CD’s, DVD’s, banners, or other promotional material is strictly prohibited without official written release by management.
